What’s the story behind Agent Q?

After years of telling administrators and teachers that her daughter was not learning to read, but rather, being ‘cued’ to figure out the story, Emmi’s Mom took the powerful step to get private intervention for her rising 4th grader. Emmi was my first student as well as a talented artist and tech wizard. She drew Agent Q as an image for the game and as a reminder that we don’t learn by guessing. Emmi has been an inspiration to develop even more games to help children break the code….and not get ‘cued.’
